Hello and welcome to Regatta Pointe Condominiums!  We have created this website for the convenience of our residents and to share with our visitors information about our community.  

 

Located in the heart of Tempe, Arizona, and just off the famous Mill Avenue on the shores of the Tempe Town Lake, our residents experience both the convenience of urban living and the many recreational opportunities at their doorstep. Regatta Pointe residents enjoy being steps from the Tempe Performing Arts Center, Mill Ave. businesses, lake recreation, ASU, and the light rail station. Our residents also share a front row seat for Tempe Beach Park events.

 

Our development consists of 136 condominium homes constructed approximately 2003.  A number of units are multi-level and each unit includes a one or two car private garage.  Our community is almost equally owner residents and leasing residents. At Regatta Pointe, you can choose to enjoy the resort-like amenities of our gated community including pool, spa, and fitness room or to just sit back and watch a busy world of planes, trains, autos, and boats from your easy chair.
